HOW IT WORKS: Print each employee’s name on the Colored Card Inserts provided in your kit. You can use the card colors to indicate different departments. These Inserts slide into the Magnetic Cardholders under the “NAME” column. Then, as vacations are scheduled, post the starting date with a Magnetic Circle Symbol. Spot vacation conflicts instantly by looking down the appropriate date column. Use Circle Symbols to show up to 5 weeks vacation per employee. “NEXT YEAR” section can be used to post tentative vacations or other events.

Circle Symbols come in 10 colors, allowing you to create your own coding system for Seniority, Temporary Status, Tentative Vacation, etc. Extra Circle Symbols are provided to let you post other key dates such as Probation Periods, Maternity Leaves, Anniversary Dates, Birthdays, etc.

Square Symbols indicate Annual Review Dates, and come in 10 colors also. You’ll never forget a vacation or review date again.
