| • Show Patient Names Down Left column • Show Up To 10 Hours Per Day By 1/2 Hour • If Appointment Changes, Just Move The Magnets HOW IT WORKS: Patient names are posted down the left side of the schedule using Write-On/Wipe-Off Magnets. Magnets wipe clean with a damp cloth for years of repeated use. Pink Magnets = Female and Blue Magnets = Male. There are 20 available time slots across the top of the board, so you can customize your schedule using the Magnetic Time Scales provided with each kit. Place a colored 7/8” x 2” Write-On magnet under the appropriate time slot for each patient. You can set-up your own coding system using the magnet color to show type of appointment or therapy. These 7/8” x 2” magnets come in 10 assorted colors, and can also be used to show therapist’s or doctor’s names, type of therapy or treatment, exact appointment time, length of stay, or any other pertinent information necessary. hese schedules can be hung in a central location where patients, therapists, or doctor’s can consult them easily without assistance. If an appointment changes, just move the magnet to a new time slot. Choose the exact model to fit your needs from the chart below, based on the number of patients you need to show each day. |
